2.1. Pricing and Currency

 

  • Pricing Currency: All prices displayed on luxvanteusa.com are strictly in Indian Rupees (INR).

  • Taxes: All listed prices are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other statutory taxes, unless otherwise stated.

 

2.2. International Purchases and Forex Charges (Crucial)

 

  • INR Billing: Even if you are purchasing from a country outside India, the final transaction with your bank will be processed by Razorpay in Indian Rupees (INR).

  • Currency Conversion: When an international card or bank account is used, your bank or card issuer will perform the currency conversion from your local currency to INR.

  • Foreign Exchange (Forex) Charges: You, the customer, are solely responsible for any and all additional fees, charges, or markups levied by your bank, card issuer, or any other financial intermediary for:

    • Currency conversion.

    • Foreign transaction fees (FTF).

    • Any other cross-border processing fees.

  • Liability: luxvanteusa.com does not receive, bear, or absorb any of these foreign exchange-related charges. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that these costs are external to our billing and will not be grounds for a refund or dispute with luxvanteusa.com.


 

3. Payment Authorization and Processing

 

  • Secure Gateway: All payment details are handled directly by Razorpay's secure and PCI DSS compliant servers. We do not store your sensitive credit card or bank details on our servers.

  • Authorization Hold: A temporary authorization hold for the total order amount will be placed on your payment method at the time of order placement.

  • When You Are Charged: The payment will be fully charged and captured only when your order has been packed and marked as shipped from our facility.

  • Payment Failure: Orders where payment is not successfully confirmed by Razorpay will be automatically canceled after a period of [Specify time, e.g., 24 hours].


 

4. Refunds

 

  • No Physical Store: As we operate exclusively online, all returns and refunds must be processed according to our online Returns & Exchange Policy and Shipping Policy.

  • Refund Method: All refunds are processed through the Razorpay gateway back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Refund Timeline: Once the refund is initiated, the time it takes for the funds to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer. This typically takes 5–7 business days (for domestic banks) and may take longer for international cards.

  • Refunds on Forex Charges: Please note that the refund amount will be the INR amount originally charged to us. We cannot refund any foreign exchange fees or differences in exchange rates applied by your bank during the original purchase or the subsequent refund process.


 

5. Failed Transactions and Support

 

In the event of a failed transaction where the amount is debited from your account:

  1. Do not attempt to pay again immediately.

  2. Wait for 30 minutes to allow the payment processor (Razorpay) and your bank to automatically reverse the hold or failed charge.

  3. If the amount is not reversed within 2-3 business days, please contact our customer support team immediately with the following details:

    • Order Number

    • Date and Time of Transaction

    • Razorpay Transaction ID (if available)

    • A screenshot of your bank statement showing the debit.
